number two hundred and thirty-five
HAPPY NATIONAL DAY, SINGAPORE!!!!!!i love my country. although 41 years in terms of nations' age is rather young, but for a nation that built itself from a scratch, 41 years is a long way.
i think what's important for us singaporeans to do now is to really feel proud of our country, and not only just on national day. with recent surveys of singaporean youth wanting to migrate, it's rather disappointing.
second is racial harmony. LOL. as much as my usual rantings about some irritating things other people *ahem* do, i must admit that they are rather cool people. albeit their tendency to piss people off at times, but once you get to know them, hey, they're nice people.
the gahmen has graciously granted us students tomorrow a school holiday. so it's revision revision revision. that's all that has to occupy our minds. although there was this *feeling* in my stomach when i watched the parade segment of the NDP'06 telecast just now. the marching and stuff. yeah.
ohwell. back to the books.
